THE “CHEERS OF GREER"
Stomping Grounds came to life on January 26th, 2012. Lisa Garland, originally from North Carolina, came to Greer to take a chance and start a new career. When Lisa realized that the quaint, little town of Greer had no coffee house downtown, she knew this was the place to pursue her dream.

8 years later, almost to the date, Lisa handed over the keys to Stomping Grounds to Greer native, Tammy Hawkins. Tammy, along with her cousin and business partner, Robby Burell took ownership.

Tammy, born and raised in Greer, has a special place in her heart for the historical downtown. Her love for fellowship, community and COFFEE inspired her to pursue the opportunity. Her motto: God and Family First! So, partnering with her cousin was an easy decision.

Robby, a native of Georgia, is no stranger to Greer. He and his family have visited for years. So when Tammy proposed a partnership, he couldn't resist.
Together they strive to keep Stomping Grounds the staple of downtown Greer.
While honoring God, Tammy and Robby want patrons of Stomping Grounds to feel at home while enjoying delicious coffee.

Lovingly dubbed the "Cheers of Greer," the name Stomping Grounds was created to signify a place where someone could feel like they are coming back home. That is always the mission: to provide a comfortable, safe place where all people are welcome.
Since 2012, many exciting and wonderful things have happened at Stomping Grounds. Several first dates and engagements have taken place. There has even been a few weddings inside the shop!
Stomping Grounds is more than just specialty coffee shop. We offer a selection of breakfast items, sandwiches, wraps, salads, pastries, ice cream, beer, and wine. Always family friendly and there is something for everyone. Come make Stomping Grounds your home away from home.
